Conducting a moderated usability test session

UX Researcher

As a UX Researcher, I'm curious about digital product usage and user reactions to features, content, and styles. My expertise allows me to integrate agile user research into product lifecycles, identifying areas for improvement. Flexible, I adapt to many environments, from quick design iterations, and benchmarking, to long-term KPI measurement. I'm motivated to create breathtaking user experiences through research initiatives and universally accessible design.

Snowboarding

As a Minneapolis native, I began my snowboarding journey began with Blizzard Ski and Snowboard School in 2003 and continued on to The G-Team in 2008, where I thrived for over a decade as a semi-pro athlete representing the United States on the international stage. Now, as a US Ski and Snowboard (USSS) Certified Level 100 coach and American Association of Snowboard Instruction (AASI) Level 2 instructor, I work with local clubs as a coach and instructor ranging from recreational to highly competitive athletes.
